This will include a collaborative and intercultural presentation of a detailed and holistic framework for Open Government and Self-Government, a discussion of Open Journalism from an Indigenous perspective and how this framework is grounded in the necessary preservation of cultural and natural environments. Indigenous Peoples and Governance should not be an after-thought in Open Government.
