#CivicTechTalks: On Closing the Feedback Loop and Bridging Accountability Gaps

This session aims to explore how can civic technology be leveraged towards better delivery of public services, and make government more responsive and accountable. Specifically, this session aims to:
  1. Showcase concrete results and analytics from civic tech innovations on improving public service delivery across different sectors, e.g. national and local government, civil society, private sector, international development partners
  2. Discuss cross-country success stories, challenges and lessons in supporting the development and implementation of civic tech solutions
  3. Reflect on how global and local open government platforms can promote the use and integration of technology in governance processes to strengthen civic participation in governance processes and achieve real outcomes and results in public service delivery
  4. Provide a venue for governments and non-government stakeholders to explore and establish partnerships and engagements to help move forward with their innovations
